    • 0.62 acres in close proximity to Chimney Rock, Lake Lure, and Main Street Hendersonville - Buyer to confirm with the county & city zoning departments but as we reached out to them as part of our research, we do believe that this lot will be best for a single family home including modular homes.  We do NOT believe that this lot would be approved for RV, trailer, or tiny home use cases (common question amongst our buyers).
    • Lot is part of a subdivision with minor deeded restrictions (single family home with at least 850 sq ft, no time limits to build but complete within 1 year once construction begins, no mobile home/trailer as dwelling usage, etc.) and the HOA charges a small fee ($20-$30/year) for road maintenance.
    • Availability of utilities - We're happy to share our research with you so that you can make your own outreaches to confirm prior to purchase - 
      • Our initial research indicates that electricity is available within the subdivision already.
