    • Availability of utilities - We're happy to share our research with you so that you can make your own outreaches to confirm prior to purchase - 
      • Our initial research indicates that electricity is available within the neighborhood already. 
      • Our initial outreach to the city indicates that public water and sewer is not available.
        • Private septic system will be needed - we completed a soil suitability study and are happy to report that the soil is suitable for up to a 4 bedroom septic system
