    · Water Available? Yes as per above this structure was lived in relatively recently.  We are not able to confirm the condition of any water well servicing the structure as we have not had it tested for functionality.

    · Sewer Available? Yes as per above this structure was lived in relatively recently.  We are not able to confirm the condition of any septic system that is servicing the structure as we have not had it tested for functionality.

    · Flood zone? Not in a flood zone per online searches

    · Restrictions? No HOA or POA here to deal with.  The only restrictions would be whatever would be set by county ordinance should you decide to tear down the existing structure and start fresh.
